Serbian citizens do not need a visa to travel to the Schengen Area.

Third-country nationals who are not on the list above must apply for a Schengen Visa in order to travel to Hungary and/or to other Member States. Third-country nationals who wish to submit a visa application at our consulate must be legally residing in Serbia, that is, have official permission to stay in Serbia for longer than an uninterrupted stay of 90 days and must be able to present sufficient proof of it - typically, a valid Serbian residence permit. Visa validity may never exceed that of the residence permit.

A Schengen Visa authorizes its bearer to a singledouble or multiple entries for the number of days and validity period shown on the visa stamp. However, no more than 90 days of stay is permitted within any period of 180 days.
